OT: Agreed on pretty much all of your points.
I'm not sure a $150 price cut for the 360 will have much effect. It's already at $200, which is considered to be "mass market price". Any lower, it could appear undesirable, or simply not affect anything. A cut from $400 to $300 would have a far larger effect, if it happens.
Making the Pro $250 and the Elite $300 would probably help more, actually.
