9. Sonic & the Black Knight - The fact that this game has earned a 3.9 on IGN is proof enough that this game is already a failure of a game. Because as we all know, IGN is the master of unlocking reviews, even if they didn't actually finish the game when they thought they did. It's alright though, the review has already been discussed to death by people who will never actually play the game.
I see you point, but it can be argued that out of that 8, 3 could be more successful on the HD consoles. Deadly Creatures(I would buy), COD:WaW and No more Heroes could have done better salles wise. 0.39 for a game like No more heroes? Is an insult when even Haze and Lair got bigger sales with a smaller userbase.

Tell that to Killer 7 and Okami. Large instal base and good gameplay do not guarantee sales.

Hey, could these be a reason why some 3rd party games haven't done so well? 
Maybe Wii owners do buy games, but they just haven't had much of an opportunity!!!

My view is simple .
At the time most of you purchase the Wii, were there many third party titles announced or in the work for the Wii ?
Answer I would wager is nope.
So why exactly are you surprised those titles are not there ?
Buying a product in the hope that in the future it will get stuff it doesn't have now, even if that stuff seems to be common sense is never a good idea...
And if that is not the underlying issue, why do we have to get a few new threads every week criticizing Wii third party support?
Edit : last two sentences meant the same thing so removed one
PS : That's not saying I don't understand the anger of some Wii owner but common sense does dictate you should purchase a product on what it does or what is announced it will do, not on what 'might be announced in the future'.

First off, I don't think this answered his question at all.
Second, the bolded part: When did you buy your PS3? Would you still have bought it even if you knew for a fact that it would never get another game, ever, beyond what was already released? Not to mention Blu-ray movies.

Yeah, right, Deadly creatures and NMH woulda done better on an HD console..So what? Banjo nuts and bolts along with Lair woulda done better on Wii? I doubt NMH had it been on an HD console would been a big enough hit to support a sequel.
Bet between Slimbeast and Arius Dion about Wii sales 2009:
If the Wii sells less than 20 million in 2009 (as defined by VGC sales between week ending 3d Jan 2009 to week ending 4th Jan 2010) Slimebeast wins and get to control Arius Dion's sig for 1 month.
