Interesting theory. What do you think about people who make threads about third party failures on the Wii and suggest that third parties generally should make their games elsewhere, because there's a single example of a game that didn't do well?

My view is simple .
At the time most of you purchase the Wii, were there many third party titles announced or in the work for the Wii ?
Answer I would wager is nope.
So why exactly are you surprised those titles are not there ?
Buying a product in the hope that in the future it will get stuff it doesn't have now, even if that stuff seems to be common sense is never a good idea...
And if that is not the underlying issue, why do we have to get a few new threads every week criticizing Wii third party support?
Edit : last two sentences meant the same thing so removed one
PS : That's not saying I don't understand the anger of some Wii owner but common sense does dictate you should purchase a product on what it does or what is announced it will do, not on what 'might be announced in the future'.
