RE4 was on three systems, RE5 will be on 2, right?

Despite that, I think the fifth in the series can enjoy a greater first week, anyone agrees or disagrees?

It'll probably have a better first week. But I also think it's first week will be worse in Japan.

I wouldn't really consider that RE 4's week 1's sales (I'd go with just the GC sales) as it was spread out over several years....but either way, yeah. RE 5 will beat it.

That figure doesn't include others sales for the PS2 and GC versions. Even so, I think RE5 will be higher.

Resident Evil 5 will, no doubt, outsell Resident Evil 4 due to the latter title's original GameCube exlusive release.
