Totally agree.

I bought, played and finished more games on that system than all my other systems combined.

  Tifa got MOVES!

It's between the SNES and N64 for me.

SNES was JRPG king with Chrono, Secret of Mana and Mario RPG. Zelda: LttP was great, so was Super Mario World. The Donkey Kong games were pretty fun. Mega Man X was friggin great.

But, the N64 had Goldeneye, Zelda: Oot (best game ever), Zelda: MM, DK 64, Mario Kart 64, Star Fox (much better than SNES version), Pokemon Snap, Sin and Punishment.

Such a hard choice.

"Pier was a chef, a gifted and respected chef who made millions selling his dishes to the residents of New York City and Boston, he even had a famous jingle playing in those cities that everyone knew by heart. He also had a restaurant in Los Angeles, but not expecting LA to have such a massive population he only used his name on that restaurant and left it to his least capable and cheapest chefs. While his New York restaurant sold kobe beef for $100 and his Boston restaurant sold lobster for $50, his LA restaurant sold cheap hotdogs for $30. Initially these hot dogs sold fairly well because residents of los angeles were starving for good food and hoped that the famous name would denote a high quality, but most were disappointed with what they ate. Seeing the success of his cheap hot dogs in LA, Pier thought "why bother giving Los Angeles quality meats when I can oversell them on cheap hotdogs forever, and since I don't care about the product anyways, why bother advertising them? So Pier continued to only sell cheap hotdogs in LA and was surprised to see that they no longer sold. Pier's conclusion? Residents of Los Angeles don't like food."

"The so-called "hardcore" gamer is a marketing brainwashed, innovation shunting, self-righteous idiot who pays videogame makers far too much money than what is delivered."

I miss the days when a Mario game was a Launch title, and a pack-in.

It was good. But I have to give the crown to either the NES or the Wii.

"The worst part about these reviews is they are [subjective]--and their scores often depend on how drunk you got the media at a Street Fighter event."  — Mona Hamilton, Capcom Senior VP of Marketing

From the perspective of the dedicated gamer, the SNES was indeed a strong system and a welcome upgrade. To the mainstream gamer, it was an insult as it was asking them to buy yet ANOTHER system; what was wrong with the NES, they asked? (No, I'm not kidding, people did ask that.) For Nintendo, it set up a chain of events that almost ended up destroying them, so it wasn't exactly their best move when they decided to release it. Take your pick of perspectives.

Sky Render - Sanity is for the weak.

Disagree, PS3 60GB is the best system ever, it has the biggest game library at its disposal.

PS1 Games + PS2 Games + PS3 Games = The Best Selection
