Interesting they went the cartoony look. Doesn't look bad to me, though.

Wii Sports meets Top Spin 3

I actually really like the look they are going for here, it will allow for a much more expressive model than the traditional "realistic" characters sports games have been giving us lately. If it plays well (and with its recent WM+ confirmation there is little reason to think that it wont) I might have to pick it up.

I like the look. I think EA nailed it here. It's not too cartoony nor too realistic. It has a nice clean friendly look for Wii that won't get the 'it would look better in HD' commentary and sets this apart from Virtua Tennis and Top Spin as well as Wii Sports, Mario Tennis and Sega Tennis on the other end.

I like the look of the characters... Federer has a really scary face on the realistic games I have seen him in.

Still, I think Wii Sports has a nice look to it because it has some proper textures for the grass and such... it would have been nice if they perhaps mixed it up a bit with a realistic looking court and stands... but then this look for the characters, crowd and if it's ever possible to see - the sky.

I like the look. It's cartoony enough to be distinctive, but not the point where it looks overly stylish or "kiddie" (hate the term myself, but there it is)

It seems to be taking a cue from Shaun White's Snowboarding in that regard.

I was never a big fan of Tennis games, but Wii Sports was pretty cool. I like the look of the game, though.

They took the cartoony route because its the Wii. I am quite content playing Wii Sports Tennis with my friends. If I want a challenging tennis game i'll pop in Top Spin.

I like it. I wonder why it took so long for someone to come up with something like this. Now just release this motion plus thing Nintendo.
