Granted, a petition for a Mario game on the PS3 will never happen, but RE5 is possible on the Wii and this would let Capcom know that there are Wii owners that want this game.

I don't want to pay for a new console to play an inferior version of a game, unless it is totally impossible. That is not the case here.

Have you played RE4 on the Wii and then tried playing the PS2 or GC version? There is no way I would play that game with dual analog again. Hence the 360 would be an inferior version. I am not talking graphically. I am sure the 360 version is going to be pretty, but the controls make a huge difference in game play.

There is only one thing that makes me feel uneasy about RE5: gameplay. Even if RE5 Wii never comes out, there is always the PC version. The mouse + keyboard could provide a better gameplay than PS3/360.
What is my problem then? Well, Mikami is not on this one. No one expects too much from a Zelda that Miyamoto is not working on or a kojimaless (new word) MGS. Resident Evil series have changed a lot in the last years, some features made the game better but most of them sucked. RE gun series, RE3 and RE outbreak all sucked hard. RE 0 and Code Veronica were not for everyone (new features that were not well received). If they change too much RE 5 gameplay or just deliver the same RE4 with new makeup I would cry like little girl.

Do not get me wrong. I love RE and RE for the Wii is as important as Mario Galaxy for me, but I would rather have a "Put Shinji Mikami to work on this shit" petition.

More LOL material. No one can butcher their creation more then Mikami. Capcom getting rid of that idiot from Resident Evil was the best thing that ever happened. Best decision ever. RE5 actually has a chance to be a Resident Evil game now that he is not involved.


 Oh boy everybody! Listen to this pescimist. DMC not on the Wii? Stranger things have hapened. Anyone think Nintendo would be on top this generation? I bet you would have had the same answer for that too right? How could you not like RE4 by the way? Some kind of mental deviation i guess. Oh well....

Right now, I really hope there is a RE5 Wii Edition. Some people would be in one hell of surprise. Oh, and BTW why would anyone make ckmlb a mod? One troll to rule them all...

So you are either saying that Capcom decides to not ever make RE6 and DMC5 or that Capcom goes bankrupt?


MGS4, FF13, FF13: Versus, Soul Calibur 5, Tekken 6, UT3, Haze, Orange Box, etc, etc...

Not on Wii.

I could go on for hours...

Edit:  btw, Wii fanboys, the best FPS controls on consoles will be UT3 with a mouse and keyboard.  No need to go backwards from that.
