why is biased?

i already compared the the 2 games and uncharted has the upper hand in textures

the explosions are horrible indeed,but they already fixed this in uncharted 2

It's biased because the creator already has it in his mind that Uncharted looks better and he's not going to show anything that proves otherwise. And, like many have said, Gears does NOT look that crappy.

Uncharted vs Gears 1 would have been a better comparison.

when you see gears 2 close it is exacly the same in those pictures,the diference is the zoom,when you observe the textures in gears 2 it is inferior to uncharted if you dont belive make the test yourself,i already did

Of course Gears of War 2 doesn't normally look like that, but Uncharted doesn't normally look like that either. That is because the author is getting the camera close to the character models and textures to show their quality.

Gears 2 animation looks great, and plays better than Uncharted.

But yeah, Uncharted still hold the graphics crown for console games.

The following are genuine questions... Not having seen Gears 2 on an HD TV, what is wrong with the pictures? I mean, what did they do to them so some of you claim they look worst than the actual game? They surely didn't touch poly count, texture quality or lighting, so what is it?
