Gamespot wants some more traffic to their site ain't it?

First with Bioshock now Metroid Prime 3. Let's see what is their next funny joke.

It's not like 8.5 is a bad score for the game.

Exactly, if they give Halo 3 anymore than a 8.5, I am going to be seriously peeved.

I think they gave MP3 a 8.5, just so they can say Bioshock is the better game.

So this game have the same score as table tennis, yay!

I think it's perfectly ok if some website gives MP3 a 8.5. After all there will always be different opinions.

BUT with gamespot, there's a bitter aftertaste, because you can tell from their frontpage that they really don't give a damn about Nintendo in general. Give it a try, look at their frontpage. Considering Nintendo's marketshare and the amount of games that are about to be released... well, I think the term 'biased' is not misplaced here.

Interesting comments the say on the review.

They say it's a good sequel, and pretty much everyone agrees its better than Prime 2... but they gave Prime 2 a 9.1... also, they complain because it's not different from the past installments... but they also complain that it doesn't feel as adventurous as the past installments... yeah, nice thinking from you Gamespot.

Just remember GameSpot gave Super Smash Bros. Melee 8.9.  They just do not like a lot of Nintendo games, not sure if it is bias or just they don't like them.  I don't know why anyone would see their reviews as neutral when that is so obvious.

Of course, they rated my favorite game of all time (not made by Nintendo, by the way) 5.2 "mediocre," so you'll excuse me if I don't give two shits about their reviews.

They are saying that the game feel less Metroid because the game has more action than the two others, but they say that it's lacking multi-player mode.

What feel less Metroid, more action or multiplayer ?

This better be bogus. I cannot even fathom how their review system works. Cadance, 8.5 is not a bad score... for a game like Table Tennis. But come on here, this is freaking Metroid Prime 3 with better than amazing controls.

How in the world is this acceptable? I refuse to read the review just because I am not going to give the site any more traffic.
