red steel? Iv never even played it, but I was planning on buying it as it had a load of potential, but when the reviews and complaints came out I was swayed.

Fable 2!
Massive disappointment, bugs, glitches, lack of content!

"Pier was a chef, a gifted and respected chef who made millions selling his dishes to the residents of New York City and Boston, he even had a famous jingle playing in those cities that everyone knew by heart. He also had a restaurant in Los Angeles, but not expecting LA to have such a massive population he only used his name on that restaurant and left it to his least capable and cheapest chefs. While his New York restaurant sold kobe beef for $100 and his Boston restaurant sold lobster for $50, his LA restaurant sold cheap hotdogs for $30. Initially these hot dogs sold fairly well because residents of los angeles were starving for good food and hoped that the famous name would denote a high quality, but most were disappointed with what they ate. Seeing the success of his cheap hot dogs in LA, Pier thought "why bother giving Los Angeles quality meats when I can oversell them on cheap hotdogs forever, and since I don't care about the product anyways, why bother advertising them? So Pier continued to only sell cheap hotdogs in LA and was surprised to see that they no longer sold. Pier's conclusion? Residents of Los Angeles don't like food."
"The so-called "hardcore" gamer is a marketing brainwashed, innovation shunting, self-righteous idiot who pays videogame makers far too much money than what is delivered."
I will consider AAA games as any game that got a chance of a 90+ average (due to hype) on Metacritic.
Assassin`s Creed - glitchy and boring. Looks great, but it is really boring. Really dumb AI for a "nest gen" game.
Blue Dragon - this game sucks. I hyped it so much that I almost feel like I deserved it. It is one of those games that you play out of pity. 15 hours in and you don`t even have a clear objective or mission. The characters are all uninteresting. They barelly talk and when they do, it is all small talk.
Infinite Undiscovery - bad, really bad. Short game, overcomplicated battle mechanics, insane item micromanagement, retarded and annoying characters, generic plot.
Red Steell - an ugly, glitchy and unplayable piece of crap. That was when I lost all faith in Ubisoft.
Silent Hill Homecoming - Crappiest SH ever. Very short game with no replay value. The plot is a lame copy of SH 2. Gameplay sucks (just leave the right analogue alone).

Red Steel is one of my favorite multiplayer games to play with my friends. It's so quirky and hilarious! The glitches and bugs just create even funnier and more intense moments (like when you realize the other person is somehow invincible to your shots). =D

resistance 2 ! now dont get me wrong its fun but i had more fun playing the first

So its more a game to play when your wasted then so no1 gets annoyed at it? lol
This thread fails miserably.
Infinite Undiscovery, Quantum of Solace, Sonic Unleashed & NFS were never considered to be potential AAA titles.
Blue Dragon, Resident Evil 5, Perfect Dark Zero, Lost Odyssey, Super Smash Brothers Brawl, Left 4 Dead, Resistance 2, Oblivion, Fable 2 and Assassin's Creed did NOT turn out bad.
People should stop call games bad just because they haven't met their high standards. I thought Burnout Paradise would be pure awesomeness, but it was a dissapointment for me. However that doesn't mean it's bad.
I think many of the people here did not play one game which really sucked, when they call Fallout 3 or Super Smash Brothers Brawl bad.
Makes me almost sad, when they cannot even enjoy an only "decent" game.

Can't believe I'm going to say this, but how about putting forth your own damn opinion before criticizing those of others? You may not agree with me, which is fine, but I'd at least like to see what you think first. For all your remarks, you missed the whole point. Like I said, my standards of AAA are a lot more loose than other people. I was only talking about games that had potential to be good, not whatever games get hyped on Gametrailers or meet some arbritrary Gamerankings/Metacritic average. Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, Perfect Dark Zero (and others) weren't necessarily bad games, but they definitely didn't meet their potential, hype or promise.
Makes me almost sad, when someone comes in to criticize other people and doesn't display much reading comprehension.
