There are about 9 legitimate games that I have heard info about on the 360 list. It seems artificially inflated to me.

in response to the OP, the gap will be 6.3 by the end of 09. But so much could happen.

TC's lists are laughable.
- Driver 6 in all likelyhood was cancelled.
- Twisted Metal for PS3 is coming in 2010 at the earliest.
- Jak & Daxter: The Lost Frontier doesn't exist.
- L.A. Noire is pretty much vaporware.
- Lost & the Damned will be lucky to shift 100 consoles.
- APB for 360 was cancelled.
- Magna Carta 2 doesn't exist.
- Dead or Alive 5 doesn't exist.
- Postal III is multiplatform.
- Star Wars Battlefront III doesn't have an announced platform.
- Battlestations: Pacific? Seriously? You're really scraping the barrel for that 360 list aren't you?
- Where's Quantum Theory, SingStar Vol. 3, The Agency, EyePet, Demon's Souls, ICO 3, MLB 09, NBA 10, Yakuza 3, X-Edge, and most importantly Final Fantasy XIII in Japan? You scrounged every insignificant game you can find for 360 but don't do the same for PS3 when some of those games are quite noteworthy.

Sigh... people who make lists don't understand.

To clear some things up:

Battlefront III and Two Worlds Temptation are NOT 360 exclusives, both are on PS3.

None of these games have system selling potential, barring GT5.

PS3, because they will probably cut the price at some point this year.

That would only be valid if the PS3 were the cheapest Blu-ray player on the market and that is no longer the case.

You can buy a basic Blu-ray player for just $200.00.   And a Blu-ray PC optical drive for just $100.00.

Yep the X360 costs less than half the ps3 price in australia.
ps3 sells for $680 and the X360 is only $270
but the interesting one is the Wii which is around $400 which is thrashing them both - obviously the price advantage on the PS3 explains part the story , but the X360 is also being thrashed by the Wii yet it costs less.
I think the Ps3 is doing very good sales at it;s price point and sony dont mind slipping a few % down on the x360 it seems. Wii of course has MS and Sony completly confounded and eating dust.
In terms of Hardware $ sales Sony is pullin in more $ than MS , and very likely a $100 price reduction will come close to even up sales numbers and pull the overall hardware $ very strongly in sonys favour (compared to MS only). Certainly i think just like with the nintendo Wii that sony PS3 will outsell or match the X360 even at a higher price simply because it is seen as better value buy many people.
Still MS make up $ on software sales and really seem to be prepared to sacrifice big losses on the hardware to try and gain a numbers or placement advantage, probably with the hope of doing well in the next generation (i.e. actually making a good profit ).

IDK about ur list and all but i can say that b4 the year ends we wont see a 360 gap being as large as 10 mill in 09 ever as many think

the gap will be alot smaller.

Depends on 2 things I guess.

1) What price cuts are coming??
2) When's GT5 hitting stores??
