Your poor choice of words in the thread title is the only thing I take offense to. The "Are PS3 owners willing to buy" is implying fact, when no fact exists. Perhaps, the correct choice of words should have been... "Would PS3 owners be willing to buy", which would make clear that it's a hypothetical question.

That's something I'm sure you can agree with since it appears that your english writing skills are pretty polished up.

You're criticizing my topic question without posting the entire thing. When you consider the "IF it's a bad port" part of the sentence, are and would, would have the same meaning. Regardless, I made it clear in my OP that your (and others') implications were not true, so there's no excuses this time.

However, I still think it makes someone look very defensive if they posted the same conclusions as you (in terms of the topic question).

good question. What would you think if:

It's significantly worse than the 360 version?

It's worse than the 360 version by a little more than a slim margin?

if it's a good game and a good port, why not?
