Actually it's rumored that Guerrilla Games has already began developement of Killzone 3.

So I'd say 2011 looks about fair.

GG already confirmed they are developing Killzone 3, but right now they are concentrating on Killzone: Liberation 2 for PSP. They said Liberation 2 WILL come out in 2010.

I would say KZ3 will come out in 2012 or for PS4 launch date [If PS4 comes out in 2012-2014.]
