uhh did you play God of War 1 and 2?, a lot of the times you had to do a specific combo in order to beat an enemy or effectiviely attack an enemy, mindlessly bashing square and triangle is just stupid, there's so many unique and powerful  combos that'd you'd have to be an idiot to ignore them.

The J man beat the game in god mode so he doesnt know what your talking about and the difference between god mode and easy mode is that your alot weaker and the enemies are alot stronger and block more but that doesnt matter because the triangle button broke most guards and gave damage to enemies in a radius.
