Just added Wii Party developed by EAD2 (They do all of the Wii Series apart from Wii Fit)
I've updated the OP in the aftermath of E3:
2012
Where did you get confirmation from all the games devs? Is there some speculation or are all of them official?
HAL is making Kirby with Good-Feel I think.
ND Cube isn't making Wii Party as far as I know.
We don't know who is making Wii Relax or PilotWings Resort.
SPD3 is really working on DKCR?
Proud poster of the 10000th reply at the Official Smash Bros Update Thread.

Bets with Conegamer:
Pandora's Tower will have an opening week of less than 37k in Japan. (Won!)
Pandora's Tower will sell less than 100k lifetime in Japan.
Stakes: 1 week of avatar control for each one.
It was confirmed that Sakurai (ie: Project Sora) is helping on Kirby's Epic Yarn btw, specifically with game design. Good Feel is doing all the actual art and programming and whatnot, no HAL in sight.
Pilotwings Resort coming from EAD2 would makes sense, as it seems to be reusing a lot from WSR (including even it's title) but until it's confirmed, I also wouldn't rule out EAD5 (which is led by original Pilotwings director Tadashi Sugiyama).
Star Fox 64 3D was confirmed to be coming from Konno's team in an interview though (so EAD1, not EAD2).
Wii Party and Steel Diver I really have no clue on. SPD3 doesn't do any real R&D though, they're purely oversight and coordination between NCL and external projects, so they probably shouldn't be listed at all.
Also, for 3rd party collabs you could list Engines Inc. with both Fire Emblem remakes. IntSys is more co-developing the titles, sort of similar to how they work with SPD1 on Wario Ware and Card Hero, only the roles are reversed (IntSys doing design, Engines doing code).
Why do you have Pokemon Gray under 2011? I'm pretty sure it'll come out in 2012 in Japan and 2013 everywhere else. Mario Kart 3DS should be 2011.
Great topic btw!
well done, a great read.
NST have sure been quiet this generation, I want a new 1080!

I still have to fix a few things but I can confirm ND Cube are the developers of Wii Party as they are listed as the dev on the Nintendo press site.
The others come from information from places like NeoGAF and also speculation.

Konno's Star Fox 64 comment came from an IGN interview I think. Sakurai doing design work on Kirby came from 1up, specifically a comment from Jeremy Parish I think. Sorry I can't be more specific, but I've been looking at so much media the past few days, that's about as far as I can narrow it down (lol)!
The Engines stuff can be found via credit checking. Actually, http://www.engines.co.jp/%22&hl=en&client=safari&rls=en">looking at their website it seems they've worked on a ton Nintendo games, even Kirby and Zelda!
The list is very useful, thanks.
I'm guessing Intelligent Systems will do an Advance Wars or Fire Emblem 3DS, because they have a gap in their release cadence then. I'm hoping (futilely) it's a 2D Metroid for 3DS though, since they worked on Super Metroid, Fusion and Zero Mission. Worst case though, 3DS Metroid 'support' will consist of a Hunters sequel from NST.
