Super Paper Mario was the closest to being bad in my opinion.

SMB2 (US version) was awesome in its own special way. SMS was an excellent game that didn't quite live up to SM64 only because SM64 was a revolutionary one.

You played the N64 Paper Mario (up to, say, the end Chapter 1 at least) and didn't like it? That's a first.

Without Mario 2 where would we get Bob-ombs, Shy Guys, Pokeys, Ninjis, Birdo, POW blocks, or Sparks? All of them are now Mario staples.

I loved all of the Mario games. Even Super Mario Land. I used to sit and listen to that ending theme for minutes and minutes on end. Probably was a bad idea since the system ran on batteries, huh?
