Wow.
I knew I would like the game, but I feel blown away.
The graphics are good. And not one single hiccup, not one slowdown, not one screentear, nothing to break the illusion.
The music is great, it really serves the game well.
And the game is short, but what a ride it was.
The game really is a poem presented as a game, its hard to explain, but if you know a poem that really takes you away from the real world, it moves you, in a way most poems don't. That's what Flower is to the game industry.
Flower makes you care about what you do, it really sucks you in, it's tough to explain...
There will be few games I will recommend as much as I recommend Flower. It really is one of a kind, and if you let it suck you in, you could have bought at the usual retail price, and by the end of the game, completely forgot you used the money.
It's tough to explain (expecially without spoiling), but if the above has made you curious in any way, then I think you should buy Flower, if only to support thatgamecompany. If games weren't art before, then now they certainly are...
