I personally liked the water effects in Resistance 2. Especially when you were able to interact with them.

The water in Starfox Adventures looked sweet, yes, but as far as interaction goes, it's pretty sucky. The water didn't respond that much at all, even if you jumped and ran through it. Just some minor ripples.
