Bethesda games are too big for Wii. Morrowind had a rough time running on the original Xbox as it was, and it was at low settings graphic wise.

This again? Come on, I mean how many times do we have to go through this? It's already been explained time and time again that the Wii is more powerful and efficient than the old xbox.

It's a little more powerful than the original Xbox, but I don't think the power gap between the two is even as big as the one between gamecube and PS2.

Well, The Wii doesn't need Bethesda, Wii has better 3rd party developers better than them. Beside they don't even make good games.

he has a point.........

Well isn't he full of it? It is true a video game system and its games might be seen as toys, though he should know that they are not (at least, no less so than a game of chess, or even a piano) and that he can't treat it as such. It's funny that he should contrast the Wii with "entertainment" - isn't a toy also a kind of entertainment? - and a real "story" - when did their games ever have that? - though I suppose it is not too surpricing considering he thinks development for the alleged "evil killfests" is the best way to express himself creativily... Yeah, that says a lot, I think.

As for what this means... Well, Bethseda's games suck, so it's not like I care, really. I don't think their games would benefit anything from coming to the Wii, though.

So does he think the public hate the 360 and PS3 because of these evil killfests?

He may just be telling the 'hardcore' what they want to hear to please them. I doubt there's a lot of developers who still believe this bs.

Still earned my scorn.

Well, I don´t think the Wii 'needs' Bethesda and Bethesda doesn´t 'need' the Wii either.

Just like Epic and a few others, they can do very well with PS3/360/PC, should they decide not to develop for the Wii, for whatever reasons.
