Why's that?
Just curious.
I don't know. Just feels like I need to. My life doesn't seem to have much direction, lately. I've done most of what I wanted to do and I have most of what I want to have. I'm missing something and I don't know where to look.
Fire up my theme song because I'm about to play some Xbox until my eyes bleed!
Hey, that's my theme song, too!
@ Topic: I think I just learned how the story of both modes of Portal 2 ended. (/spoiler) Co-op mode ends with the twins finding a treasure trove of test subjects for GLADoS, while single player ends with Chell banishing a traitor into space, and, as both a reward for her efforts and an attempt to be rid of her once and for all, GLADoS grants Chell her freedom.(/end_spoiler) I also think that the ending theme for single player, "Want You Gone", written and composed by Jonathan Coulton and performed by the voice actress that provides the voice for GLADoS, definitely matches the jaded mentality of GLADoS as a result of years of having to deal with the discipline problem that Chell represents. There was definitely a lot of Grudge-era Alanis flavor in that song, which I totally dig. If they ever do a Portal 3, they should subtitle it "Make a New Disaster" in which you get to play as Chell, Portal Gun in tow, as she explores the surface world without GLADoS to hold her back ...or help her! She will enjoy unfathomable freedom, and experience equally unfathomable danger, as she ventures forth into a post-apocalyptic/Plastic Age/Diamond Age/Neo-Stone Age/Neo-Victorian Age/Neo-Elizabethan Age/whatever-the-hell-they-come-up-with Age future world. Of course, they should still also include an alternate storyline in which you play as a new test subject under the robotic thumb of GLADoS back at Aperture Science Laboratory. Plus, to fit the theme, they could include a puzzle editor, call it "Make a New Disaster Mode" or "MND Mode" for short. Give it an Online/Local Co-op mode in which you play as a pair of test subjects who are trying to liberate their lot while shutting GLADoS down for good.
Maybe you should give this a listen:

I think I have to explain the meaning of the term "Plastic Age". By that term I mean an age in which durable, radiation-resistant plastics replace steel and glass as primary building materials. This era would be defined by oddly-shaped buildings which use the minimum amount of right angles in their structure. A bit later in this era, flying cars and flying motorbikes would become feasible. Remember the capital world of Star Wars? You know, Coruscant? That world would be in the mid to late Plastic Age at the time of the Star Wars saga. Although, if the place does exist, it would probably be in the Diamond Age at this point in time.

I really need a planner. Another hectic week ahead and I think everything would be simpler if I had it all written down somewhere.
I saw an interesting play called Lidless in the city this weekend for my theater class. It was a totally new experience and the play itself was great. Check it out if you can.
