I like how the Zune can some how not rival the iPhone as a handheld device/game player. It cost a total of 0$ to develope for the Zune.

im wondering if popcaps will release a handheld. they have some huge titles that don't really need any hardware. 50$ handheld with games like bejeweled?

I'll answer "no" to your questions. But we can imagine something like sony+apple or nintendo+sega partnership or stuff like that.
