I agree.  This thread is just as ridiculous as threads that compare games like KZ2 and Gears 2 and try to suggest there is some massive graphical difference between the two. Or the threads about Burnout looking better on PS3 and Orange Box running better on Xbox 360.

Dead Space is 720p NATIVE on PS3.

You're talking about "Upscalling it to 1080p".

It also has a better frame-rate on the Xbox 360, the PS3 dipps into the twentys and tweens whilst the 360 version is pretty much locked @ 30. Not a significant difference, given the style of game but its there.

And I know I cannot be the only one who think they look virtually identical, with only the slightest of differences.

The 360's lights are more intense.
The PS3's shadows are darker.

Neither of these is a graphical feat over the other.

if you played the demo on PS3 you would see that Capcom said that RE5 is still developing and if the game has some bugs that doesn't mean that the FULL game will be like that.

Although I have already stated that the difference isn't much, the 360 version does have higher resolution textures, improved shading, and a bit less blurring to cover those textures.  I've gone through all of the comparison pictures, and although the difference is minimal in most, the textures on a few of them is vastly better on the Xbox 360. However, people won't notice unless the 2 copies are running side to side and they have an eye for these things.
