In NA it'd possibly get a week or two over the Wii, then fall back down pretty rapidly. Other regions, no.

If Wii was $100 it would outsell any other console.
IMmsorry but these threads are annoying. I mean if PS3 was $200 it would sell like crazy and most likely catch up to 360. Anything thats gets a major price drop would sell a hell of a lot more.
LoL
Bet between Slimbeast and Arius Dion about Wii sales 2009:
If the Wii sells less than 20 million in 2009 (as defined by VGC sales between week ending 3d Jan 2009 to week ending 4th Jan 2010) Slimebeast wins and get to control Arius Dion's sig for 1 month.

ps3 and the wii 100$ too much value.
hell people would get ps3 just for blu ray player.
360 doens't have that going on it would sell for a while but won't be sustained.
This might not seem intuitive, but further large price reductions on the XBox 360 could actually hurt its sales ...
Being that the XBox 360 will soon pass the lifespan of the XBox, and rumours about the XBox 720 will begin to get a bigger following. It is possible that a $50 (or larger) price reduction to the Arcade, or $100 (or larger) price reduction to the premium, would result in people thinking Microsoft was clearing out inventory before they launched the XBox 720.
True, but only because a drop to $100 would be so drastic.
A game I'm developing with some friends:

It is largely a technical exercise but feedback is appreciated.
The price was a factor early on. However, people buy the Wii for the motion controls and how the Wii does games. Price won't make a difference. If price made a difference, the 360 would be outselling the Wii now.
