Im making this just because someone else made the 360 beating the PS3 one.

360 can outsell the Wii, and it did once last year when IU launched, PS3 also outsold the Wii a few times last year. Lastly PS360 was able to outsell the Wii as well, but overall the Wii stayed dominant for the most parts.

When and how many times do you think any of these will happen?

I will say that the PS3 will outsell the Wii 10 weeks total in Japan in 2009, but that is just a blatant guess based on no research whatsoever.

 That + Yakuza 3 week, Star Ocean 4 week, Gran Turismo 5 week, and for a couple of weeks if there is a PS3 price cut.

If FF13 is released this year i think PS3 will be on top for 4 weeks

Well I just checked the charts and the Xbox 360 outsold the Wii once by about a 100 consoles so really it's pretty well a tie

And the PS3 outsold the Wii twice in 2008.

So I predict the Xbox 360 will outsell the Wii Two times and the PS3 will outsell the Wii 12 times for 2009.

Based on your evidence that's an interesting predicition...

The PS3 will for 10 weeks, I think. As for the 360, maybe when Star Ocean 4 comes out.

lol I guess i should of explained how I got the PS3 number.

The release of the FFVII Advent Children bundle PS3 will outsell the Wii for two week, Yakuza 3 will outsell the Wii for one week, RE5 one week, Final Fantasy XIII will outsell the Wii for three weeks, a price cut will outsell the Wii (and depends if it's before a big game comes out aswell) by about 4 weeks and if Gran Turismo is released in 2009 the the PS3 will definitely outsell the Wii for one week.

And my Xbox 360 number is based on a price cut and Star Ocean, I really don't know of any big games coming to the X360 in Japan so that number of two weeks could be higher.

Wii sales will be doubled+ on the FF XIII demo week. Quadrupled on XIII release...

The 360 has a good shot for it on SO4 week, but I doubt it'll manage.

The Wii is just a fad. It'll stop selling in mid 2007.
