lol I guess i should of explained how I got the PS3 number.

The release of the FFVII Advent Children bundle PS3 will outsell the Wii for two week, Yakuza 3 will outsell the Wii for one week, RE5 one week, Final Fantasy XIII will outsell the Wii for three weeks, a price cut will outsell the Wii (and depends if it's before a big game comes out aswell) by about 4 weeks and if Gran Turismo is released in 2009 the the PS3 will definitely outsell the Wii for one week.

And my Xbox 360 number is based on a price cut and Star Ocean, I really don't know of any big games coming to the X360 in Japan so that number of two weeks could be higher.
