I would buy an XBox360 if a couple things happened.

- XBox Live Gold was made free
- Use of third party HDD's instead of paying a ridiculous markup for their HDD
- Included wifi adapter built into the XBox360 (come on, even a DS has this)

I can't see any of that happening ever so I'll just use the $325 and put it towards Killzone 2, inFamous, FEAR 2 and Resident Evil 5. And still have money to spare.

So much hate?  In this thread?  Did you read all the responses?  Other than a couple posters, everyone has pretty much given valid reasons for why they don't want an XBox360 right now (no interest in it's games, RROD fears, XBox Live Gold fees, too much overlap with PC, etc).

It easily gets much worse than this in other threads.

If you can find any forum that doesn't immediately deteriorate into hate/name-calling/fanboyism, please let me know where it is coz it sounds like Heaven. 

As for the question, I wouldn't do it.  I had a 360 but didn't have time for another console, so I passed it on.  I love Halo 3 but had to make time for other things in life.  Wii's my #1, and I'm content with things that way.  Plus, I honestly HATE Gears.

I would buy a 360 if I ran out of games to play on my Wii. Considering the list of games in my sig, that is not going to happen soon.

Considering how few HD games seem to appeal to me, and how I can play almost every game that DOES appeal to me on my PC, I'd probably pass, and just use that cash to buy more games.
