@Star Scream

Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria never was a Tri-Crescendo title. It was co-developed with tri-Ace.

@mai

Well that's what I thought as well, but for some reason Sinobi put VP2 up for comparison - http://sinobi.ameblo.jp/sinobi/entry-10196693142.html

Edit: Oh, perhaps because Tri-Crescendo have been responsible for sound in all mainline VP games?

@Mai

Neither was baten kaitos 2 (I think)

Trusty Bell is the only game that was all Tri-C.

I am not surprised by these numbers. I was kinda expecting 25k-30k first week, also I would buy the ost in a heart beat (I know a group that will most likely rip it), and I would love to play the game, but that is up to xseed and namco.

You guys should stop considering something is a bomb based on someone's (Soriku's,and maybe valkyria00 ) interests on the game.

Ouch, looks like otaku doesn't like Wii...

Fragile sell well as i expect ,It's either not a game for all age ,party or Nintendo games that normally sale easily on Wii.

But i believe this game'll have some legs as same as many Wii games.Go Fragile! (o'_')O

For me i'll bought this game next month.(Just buy VGA box ,short of money now.) :D

good numbers. At least for first day

Some really expected this to sell, most reasonable people didn't. Unfortunately it's never the reasonable predictions that people remember, so to Wii fans, gl dealing with all the accusations that this was hyped to get far more sales simply because a few people blew it out of proportion.

...

Holy crap @ L4D. That has to be close to some sort of record for % sold through on day-1. That's almost sellout in a day. I hope that they get multiple new shipments in. Japan needs a real American zombie game.

Very sad for Fragile. I guess we can do away with the notion that Eternal Sonata did poorly on the 360 or even PS3.

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

It´s funny and sad at the same time to see L4D only 3k under Fragile first day. Not that it doesn´t deserve it, but a promising local game, which genre is popular in Japan, to be so near in sales with a highly praised game from a market and genre that has little to no influence in Japan hints on to what dire situation the Japanese video gaming market is.
