Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Is Fragile (Wii) finally the beginning of Wii 3rd Party Games grfx quality?

^^^ How about we wait to see if it will even come to a region outside Japan first? ;)

Nice style and art direction but otherwise not graphically impressive. Doesn't look any better than Red Steel or some other 1st year Wii games

Why would we want another bad game?

The art direction is really good, but technically game isn't pushing the Wii.

It's the same thing as with De Blob, which also has great art direction, but I cannot shake off the feeling that they could've pushed the hardware more

.

Well yeah it certainly does look great, and there are quite a few other games coming that finally show some effort, graphics wise, on the developer's part. That Winter game looks great, and Cursed Mountain looks awesome too. There's also Deadly Creatures, which looks slick, and of course The Conduit, obviously. Then, uhh, let's see.. Oh yeah Monster Hunter, that looks pretty pretty, and so does HOTD Overkill. Also, I think Endless Ocean 2 may end up being the greatest looking Wii game this year, from what I've seen, and seeing how incredibly sweet the original looked. Even that new Sonic Knight game looks quite marvelous, for a 3rd party Wii title. And No More Heroes 2, FTW, that looks sweet as well. And Mad World.I'm sure there's even more. And we haven't even heard any of Nintendo's own games for this year. Well apart from WS Resort and all those Gamecube Wiimakes.
