No, HEAVY RAIN will prolly do 1mill, maybe 1.5mill. But bomb of the year...can't say yet,there needs to be more announcements of more games, but I doubt HEAVY RAIN will bomb. If Haze can get to 620,000+ then I think HEAVY RAIN will do more, unless the reviews are terrible, and even then, look at Haze. But I doubt it'll get bad reviews.

 

BK and LBP are what were talkin about here. Massive hype and less than stellar sales, opening month sales atleast.

On topic. bomb of the year? my pick would have to be LotR conquest... if not allowed to use games already released, ill go with Street Fighter 4.

If soul calibre was an indicator and RE5 is the other major Capcom smash for 09, i would suggest 2 million ww from the 1st month is expected. It won't get there that fast.

Bomb of the year? I'll go all out and say that saleswise, Killzone will disappoint to a lot of people. It'll get to 1.5 million or so sure. But it will hardly be the hyped +1/3 attach rate PS3 savior everyone dreams of.

If Halo Wars or Star Ocean 4 hit anywhere near a million, then they will alreaddy have exceeded their expectations for their genre's. That said, they will smash all expectations. Even Lost Odyssey is on the verge of a million. I do think that Killzone 22 will be a flop compared to hype. It will hit about 2 million life time, but it will get there over a long period of time.
