The dryer huh? I never thought of it as a panty wrinkle smoothing application of technology. Though now you mention it, it does make sense. I will try not to sniff them when they come out like I do with all other garments.

This guy is an idiot. Period. Even if all the games on xbox 360 would be coming on pc, I'd still buy it. Why? Because

- I dont have to worry about zillion problems on pc
- I dont have to worry about the safety of my precious data on pc
- I dont have to worry about virus, trojan etc
- The gaming is simpler and usually more fun
- I enjoy it with a much bigger TV

PC gaming has its own advantages though. There are three points that I dont like about console though,

- The controller often sucks in certain types of games like FPS.
- The games are usually more expensive
- Propriety stuff and the lack of the control of whole system annoy me.

Funny. He lobbies that 'hardcore' on the 360 aren't really hardcore...Yet if you looked at Wii sales, or PS3 sales, it's going to be the same thing - hotly-marketed games rather than niche titles (hence why they're niche).

But it was a good read, even if he rails against the X360 and forgets that a lot of niche titles exist on the system (Beautiful Katamari, Culdcept Saga).

I don't think that was his point at all. He's not saying that the Wii is somehow more "hardcore" (and he levels the same complaints against the PS3 as he does the 360). He's saying that the self-proclaimed "hardcore" who embrace the HD consoles are being hypocrites and fools, as all they're really doing is playing the common-denominator, well-marketed titles.

You can disagree with that, of course (I do, to a point), but you're misinterpreting him here.

ya, I pretty much agree with what noname2200 said, hes not comparing the hardcoreness of the 360 to anything. hes just saiyng that 360 fans call themselves so hardcore when in reality, most of them arent.

He was being interviewed for his opinion, not posting. In other words he was asked for his opinion and he gave it. A troll is  someone who gives his unsolicited and in an inappropriate discussion. They are measured by a different standard
