We haven't seen anything on it, iirc, so therefore, an official announcement hasn't happened. Just a "Pikmin 3 is coming" which we all know. And Mario and Zelda weren't announced, just that the teams were working on new games in the series. Obviously Zelda Wii and Mario 2 are coming, but announced officially? No.
