Probably not.

I would say that it depends on how high of quality it is and how much support it is given ...
No More Heroes was a high enough quality game but was (essentially) dropped onto the market with no support. With very little marketing only very informed gamers knew anything about the game, and there were people (like me) who found it amazingly difficult to find on store shelves so you had to go out of your way to buy it.
...
Personally, I think Mad World looks like (just about) the easiest game to market in the world. The three colour palate (Black, White and Red) seems to emphasize the violent nature of the game, and a targeted marketing campaign that focused on channels like Spike and shows like Wrestling or UFC would probably result in a strong boost off of a minimal cost.
No.
Edit: But over 500k is more than likely. Maybe somewhere from 500k to 750k? It's got a fair bit of a following.

So did Zack and Wiki.
Juding a game by it's online following is folly.
Oh wait... Zack and Wiki is at 500K.
How did THAT happen?

With the power of magic?
Ya I see the same thing happening with Madworld, slow sales but it will reach 500k.

I hope so
If a niche puzzle game can get over 500k over time, then I'm sure the first real hardcore title for the platform will attract a lot of attention. As long as people know it exisits.
It will be the first Wii game I've bought since Mario Kart
Never argue with idiots
They bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience

Innovation doesn't help with sales. Look at Prince of Persia and Okami.
OT: No. It doesn't appeal to the Wii's audience, it's niche.
EDIT: Wow. It looks a little like Manhunt. In black and white. Stabbing somebody in the head with a street sign?
If I owned a Wii, I would get that, but I don't imagine many people will, and I'm not buying a Wii for it.
Yeah i kind of gave up on predicting most of wii games sales, since the legs on most of the wii games give most of them good sales. 1 mil i dont know about that but i do expect 500k ww atleast.
Nope
Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.
Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.
