WKC not quite as high as the preview, but still the biggest second week for a PS3 game in Japan by about... 1k :P

Really good for WKC...hopefully it can keep showing its legs.  To put into perspective, DMC4 did 34,000 its 2nd week and MGS4 did 65,000 its second week.  Sure, it was the top week, but a copy sold is a copy sold.

lots of expectations for WKC are looking real silly right about now. (200k lifetime. TLR type sales. LOL)

Two hardcore franchises both in their fourth installment isn't a very good comparison to make against a new IP, those games are incredibly front loaded. Having said that, WKC sales are pretty good, especially considering the score it got in Famitsu.

Which in a way is even better news.  The fact that DMC4 is a strong, hardcore franchise on its 4th installment in Japan makes the sales of a new IP like WKC's even more impressive since it has passed DMC4's two week sales.  Points to decent lifetime sales in Japan.
