Yup that's the ACTUAL actress from the original tech demo, UNCANNY it it is! They did a good job back in 2006 with that actress, just look at the rendered compared to the actual! She wss definitely back then though in the: Uncanny Valley...

None of the previously seen models are said to be actually used in the game. We have yet to see any part of what will really be in the game. THe tech demo was just a demo, as awesome as that performance was. THe second video was another demo to simply show off gameplay mechanics. THe only things that we have seen that MIGHT be actually in the game are the backgrounds and the two character renders. THe renders look outrageously real.

hmmm I can't wait for that alan wake to come out... finally a new survival that can be good and original while keeping the good all receipe in the mix....


now for heavy rain the tech demo was awesome.... now I'd like to point out that in terms of tech demo Sony always has been awesome.... now I wait until I acually see that level of details in gameplay action with the fulll landscape environement and characters in display.... and motion.... and then you still have to add the game itself.... looking bad ass is one thing to help you for a good game it doesn't make one if you just have that though....
same goes for alan wake.... btw

I dunno if it's because there are so many awesome games coming out, but the screenies aren't impressive to me ^^ I think I'm slowly but surely becoming a huge particle effects whore and I'm looking for more sh*t on screen @_@ The shot really reminds me of Siren, or even RE5's engine playing RE4 :P
