true, in retail stores in my area they sell 1st party Wii/Ps3/Xbox360 cables for something like 30 Euros, i mean it's just a cable!

so, i don't think comparing 1st party cable with 3rd party really makes sense, but anyway, here

don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^

I bought a GameStop branded one, and it's just as good as the original, which makes a HUGE difference, BTW, especially with Super Mario Galaxy...

thnQ for the pics really helped a lot

The difference is very big. I have a Nintendo component cable and am very happy with it.

component cables increase the graphical quality of the wii drastically.  If you have an xbox or ps3 too you can buy 20$ cables with inputs for all three systems at most stores like wal-mart.  Very much worth your money.

I'm not a fanboy, I just don't enjoy dual analog control.  It's d-pad or wii-mote for me.

the conduit has changed the way wii play games.

I know.  I'm sick of the puns too.

^^^That's what I did. The downside is that when the PS3 isn't completely switched off from the back switch, the Wii has no audio.

U will see a LOT of improvement. If ur into graphics, u should get it for sure.
