fable 2 isnt actualy that bad, id deffo give it a 9/10

@Squilliam - You are really hitting your stride with these threads. All I can say is well done. One day you will be king.

Thanks for the input, Jeff.

Since when did selling 2 million games to date become a bomb? After a price drop it will sell around 2.5-3 million

PS3, WII and 360 all great systems depends on what type of console player you are.

Currently playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, Fallout 3, Halo ODST and Dragon Age Origins is next game

Fable 2 is an awesome game.

It surpassed it's predecessor in quality and, soon enough, in sales.

Unlike it's predecesor though, this one succeeded DESPITE a much tougher competition, as the first xbox had barely any RPGs at all.

Too bad it's such an easy game though, but it's still worth all the praise.

God i hate fanboys, almost as much as they hate facts

Im sorry to hear that. Casual is king and we are its slaves, don't complain, just be happy for scraps.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

Coop sucked, but my personal game of the year. I really loved it and Peter delivered!

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

Isn't this thread kinda, trolling?

I understand he is being incredibly sarcastic, but some fanboys will not understand and it will eventually lead to chaos. I really do think they are funny and I'm not trying to be hatin on Squill, but creating a thread like this, does seem to fit the "trolling" criteria, no?

Funny how many people take this thread serious

2 million copies in 2 months ain't bad for crying out loud. And Mario Kart isn't as hardcore as you make it out to be and is a completely different game to Fable 2 as well as being out many months longer.

Don't understand why you compare the two. You don't really think a game that started out on the original 25 million selling Xbox selling 2+ million was going to perform better than a game that started out it's life on the SNES with the word 'MARIO' in it's title? Think about it. Nintendo has sold hundreds of millions of consoles (inc handheld) with tens of millions of it's games sold bearing the Mario Kart franchise.
