well, I have been partial to the Mario platformers since i was about 6. I would probably say Mario. Zelda is hard to ignore though.

Pikmin...I love the concept and it hasn't been around long enough to get stale yet.

Zelda and Mario are my favourite old-timers, but both have their "black sheep" games or games that are well done but played-out.
