It's trolling to point out that a lot of the 360's die? I don't think so.

Well, I'm sure if/when I had a 360, I'd find a bunch of games to get. Tales would be cool and I'm sure that SO4 will be, too.

No. The newer ones run quieter and cooler than the launch models. I have an old Premium and a new Arcade. I like the Arcade. The Arcade also has a smaller power brick too.
Oh - I own a Wii, and I'd go with the 360 because I can get pretty much every game I want on the 360 that's on the PS3 - for over $200 cheaper. Plus, I like Gears, Fable and Halo - and Ace Combat 6 - with the FlightEDGE controls - FTW!
The original PS you had to put upside down to get it working properly sometimes, the N64 you had to blow in cartridges to make work at times, and several 360's get RROD. See i "trolled" on all three companies. I didn't realize that pointing out a flaw was trolling.

I would get a 360. Reasons:
1) I have friends with a 360, and none with a PS3.
2) The only exclusive on the PS3 that interests me is Little Big Planet.
3) It's cheaper, but still gives me access to a game library that is very, very similar.

i need to buy HD console for Resident evil 5 and 360 seems to be the cheaper option right now. in the exclusives side, i am interested in MGS4 and GOWIII and uncharted for ps3 and Gears of war 2, Star ocean and ninja gaiden 2 on 360. i choose 360, i will buy PS3 sometime next year hopefully.

PS3... That said, I don't feel as strongly that way as I did two years ago.
BC is a must or I would just say 360 for the lower price. In addition to BC, some reasons include Ratchet, MGS4, LBP, Blu-Ray.
Back to real life... there is about as good of a chance as me getting both a 360 and PS3 as there is of me obtaining neither, or only one... I really have little desire for a 360 or PS3, and I am content with the Wii. If I do pick one or both of them up, it will probably be as a low-cost bundle from ebay.
Hmm.......I guess than an xbox360...well actually both machines had the games I am interested on them (Resident evil 5, Street fighter 4 and MAYBE Final Fantasy 13). But I still hate Sony for killing Sega =P
No to mention is cheaper and I don't care about Blu ray.
