1. No-- I currently work for Terminal Reality. And while they had huge blockbusters in the past such as Bloodrayne, Spy Hunter, Aeon Flux, and Bloodrayne 2 in the past (SARCASM!-- but not bad gmaes for the most part) the project I'm working on now will make the internet explode when it's announced and can't wait.

 Doubt it, Dallas is far North Texas (like almost Oklahoma).  We get storms when Louisiana gets a hurricane but nothing major.

You dont live that far from the coast, a cat 2 or cat 3 hurricane can hit you easily katrina(cat3) was a hurricane all the way to northern alabama, and a tropical storm all the way to new york state.

Richard Garriot was my idol as a kid :/   Damn I wish Origin was the way it was back then and he was working on another Ultima :(

We can feel the effects of a hurricane and even get a few of the outskirts (like we did with Katrina) but it's just rain to us and some severe thunder storms (IE just rain) with some flooding. The only major thing we get are lots of tornadoes and ice (and that's bad only because Dallas flips out at the first hint of ice).

Thats cuz you havent been hit by one directly, katrina was very far away from you, it hit miami first as a cat 1 then new orleans as a cat 3, it doesnt matter how far inland you are as long as your 300miles or closer to the coast and the hurricane is coming directly at you, expect winds over 100mph.

I'm not really leaving now, and I might poke my head in from time to time, but my precious home time will be spent with my *wife* so I'm not gonna have time for 'internet' and stuff for 3 months. (But hey, I'm gonna be makeing around 1000$/week after expences, so who cares)

Once I get out of the training period, I'll get my own truck. (lease) and I'll be able to put a 'system' in it.

I plan on having my 600w gaming desktop, a 80gb PS3 (unfortinatly, I want a 60, but I wont have the money to buy one, untill probibally after their all gone) and get one of those cheapass 650$ viziam or whatever HDTVs at wal-mart, and mount it on the back wall of the truck.

I'll have the 'real' sprint internet then. My phone can download files at ~200kbps. I dont think I'm gonna be left 'wanting' when I get internet in the truck... :D

And for bring a PSP. I probibally wont. I'll more likely bring my DS. Why? Becuase I wont be sad if I break the DS, The game that I would be playing would be the harvest moon DS, and that's about all I would be doing, because, if I have a chance to help me learn to drive a truck better, I'll take it. I like to improve myself. ;D

Work hard at your new job and make lots of money. It will suck looing another Sony fan form the boards, but I think we can give it our best to fill in for you. Hopefully once you get back you will have Home and we PS owners can hook up and have a welcome Home party.
