No, Sony just stated that Home would be released to everyone by the end of this year, which it has. Killzone 2 will have very little added to it between now and February, it will just be polished. Home has got a ton of stuff in the works and coming to it, and only when a good amount of this is in place will they call it out of Beta stage

"prepare your $60 for the killzone 2 launch".................well in uk terms the money that i saved in 2008 by using psn insted of live gold, should net me killzone 2 in feb.........heck 39.99 a year the ps3 pays me back
