I would say frustrated might be a better word. Obviously after you've been to the top of the mountain in gaming in games like Gears, GTA IV, MGS 4, Bioshock, Halo 3, Fallout 3 and Oblivion you obviously don't want some little console that can't even begin to come close to replicating the wonders seen and experienced in those games to come up and become the dominant system and set gaming technology back three to four years. If that was going to happen then we should have stook with the Dreamcast for seven or eight years.

Here is the problem with what you claim. When I was playing Quake and Doom and other great PC games that wrecked the SNES/Genesis era of gaming graphically, and with physics, and number of sprites on screen, I could still go back and play my SNES and Game Boy. No matter how awesome Half-Life was (and believe me, that was about as freaking awesome as a game could get), it did not stop me from playing Aero the Acro-Bat or Kirby's Superstar.

Unlike most gamers these days, those things they hold dear (and I really, REALLY love Bioshock, to me it was GOTY last year), basically do not stack up for me. I am not so biased. Today, a lot of gamers may be, from what I read. Going back? How about just not moving forward? And if that is so bad, then why is it that PC gaming is not the height of gaming sales? Far more versitle for a gamer in terms of graphics, game play, control (except for Wii at this moment), and sound. Always advanced beyond system specs of the day (including today)...

On a bright side Dreamcast for eight years would have been marvelous! The more I talk about games, the more I feel old...

See, you just don't get the Wii. It's not some little console, and it's made by the greatest gaming company of all time. Yea, the Wii has some crap games, but it also has some great games, games that compare and beat out Gears, definitly GTAIV, Bioshock, definitly Halo 3, Fallout 3, etc.

The thing with games like you is that you think only HD games are marvoulous. Mario Galaxy was hands down the best game last year and an amazing game, better than GTA IV, Halo 3, and Bioshock. But people like you just can't appritiate it- for whatever reasons, I don't know, and I wish people like you actually appritiate a masterpiece like that.

I wonder if DQX could be using Crystal Tools? It supports the Wii, and SE hasnt yet announced a single game using it for the platform.

Really...? damn cool.

Graphics should be top notch with this one.

BTFeather: You stop spamming the forum with bullshit right now. This is a warning. Your entitled to your opinion, but you're doing nothing but posting post full of crap after post full of crap. And that for the last few days.

What empirical evidence do you have to prove that?  I can send you over to Metacritic or Game Rankings and check it out for yourself.  You'll see that you're wrong.

Heavens to Murgatoids.

Do you realize that Gamerankings and Metacritic aren't empirical?

Nothing that is subjective is empirical, do not be silly.

Well, yes, according to ratings, I'm wrong. If you havn't noticed, the reveiw system has been flawed for a very long time. Any game with a gun? +1 point. Any game on an HD console? +1 point. If a game is a platformer? -1 point. etc. etc. etc.
