I find the method of unlocking things in WT to be less interesting than RB.. I like the concept of building up fanbases. It makes more sense. Paying to be at a gig doesn't make sense. I will rent RB2 to make sure the WT instruments are fully compatible |
If that's true, I'll definitely be getting it.

Well if I could ever find a copy of the damn game with drums and a mic I would have the same answer. With the supply of GH:WT, my wife may get sick of waiting and by this without my consent.

Awesome! Thanks for the link, dude!
Glad too see GH instruments are compatible but this is very late to find out. How many people who owned GH3 bought GHWT because initial info was that GH guitars wouldn't be compatible? I almost did myself.
Props to EA for a non-gimped RB2 on Wii but this is still very sloppily handled.
Well I still haven't played as much of GH: WT as I did GHIII. Close to 80 hrs in GHIII while barely 20 in GH: WT so maybe music games are just wearing off on me right now. But considering I don't have to pay for anything but the game I might still pick up Rock Band 2.

I want to know did EA honestly not think that a game based around messing around with friends while using expensive non-traditional controllers that are designed to better emulate an experience wouldn't sell on the Wii? |
