So both Nintendo platforms seem about half a million too high on Vgchartz, but interestingly enough this gap already existed mid November when looking at the numbers in the opening post. So the holiday sales are actually very good, any problem comes from before that period.

Yes i know. You must see the table of BKK2 which take in account all the right informations. Always in this thread, i have posted the right numbers with the right week (see especially this post:  http://www.vgchartz.com/forum/post.php?id=1554497 ). And BKK2 has explain in the begin of this thread that the first numbers in this thread was expectations for the end of 2008 (Sony platforms and wii). Now, we give the exact results. Only one change will be made for the wii at the end of 2007, because it's 1,28m, which is more better that the 1,3m actually posted.

So finally, it miss the number of wii sold during 2006 (apparantly around 200k) and the number of DS sold during 2005 (apparantly around 800k).

À titre de comparaison, la Wii, la console de salon de Nintendo, s'est écoulée en 2007 à un peu plus d'un million d'unités.

So Wii LTD through 2007 was 1.2m, and DS LTD through 2007 was 4.4m? Maybe we'll get PSP & PS2 numbers through 2008, so I'll wait until I add them, but as you said, PS2 should be ~6m, and I guess PSP should be a little over 2m.

So what's the conclusion for 2008. Were we over or under on anything?

Yes i think, they are right.

The only number i can't find, and which miss to be very confident, is the number of DS sold during 2005. But i don't see some reasons that the link which give the LTD number of 4,4m at the end of 2007 give false informations.

For what is overtracked, undertracked, ... Brett can see the number and make what he think he must do.

It's not to us, to say what he must do.
