Each is reminiscent of Super Mario Bros (princesses anyone?).  Each is a downloadable title on competitive platforms that cry for your hard-earned money.  In this corner, weighing in at 144 MB, Braid from the XBLA.  In the other, coming in from Titan Studios on the PSN, a game that will stand toe to toe with its competitors no matter how much cake it has to eat.

In the end, who will come out victorious?  VGChartz.....Round 1.....GOOOOOOO!!!!

I think Braid will be more "critically aclaimed", but I think Fat Princess will be more fun.

You're really comparing those games to SSBB? Just because they all have a princess is *really* pushing it.

Plus they have a completely different demographic. Multiplayer vs. singleplayer.

Speaking of, when does Fat Princess come out? It's the ONE PSN/XBL game I can't wait for.

I'm not big on the details of Fat Princess, but the overall feel I got from it seems more comparable to Castle Crashers if anything... but I don't even think that would be close to an apt comparison...
