CONFIRMED!! PS3 eats money 4 times faster than Wii Prints it

Since the Wii is only outselling PS3 at a ratio of roughly 2:1, this explains the recent issues with the world's money supply.

Ironically, buying an expensive machine that is cheaper than it costs to make would actually be a lot better for the (global) economy overall, even though its bad for the company making it.

The eaten money goes to help the industries of the 3rd world, and places like Africa where they mine rare ores for semiconductors, in awful conditions.  The printed money goes to Ninty's pocket. =)  Okay, okay... the eaten money goes to the less-than-moral people running the 3rd world industries, but... at least its a bunch of amoral folks, rather than just a couple.

I'm just havin fun with your statement man...  I doubt anyone could claim to really know...  although Sony does beat the socks off Nintendo, as far as environmental groups are concerned.

Back to OT again:  Nintendo's awful environmental record should make their stuff even cheaper to make.. presumably they are bad to the earth, because its good for the bank, right?  More evidence that this article is just plain wrong. ;)

I think you underestimate just how much they were in the red when they really shouldn't be.

There is nothing else that should be costing them money putting them in the red.

So you are saying that the Wii and DS are actually responsible for the weakened dollar, due to some new form of artificial economic inflation... thus Nintendo has actually destroyed the world economy?  Wow that's an evil plan.  I wouldn't think even Bowser could come up with something like that.  Wario maybe.

Actually, as I recall, Sony on the whole was in the red, but the games division was in the black last quarter, wasn't it?
