LOL I knew you will say about the sales of COS WAW, QoS, and MOH: H2. Just to explain it, having legs doesnt mean theres a huge userbase regarding these franchise. I did say 1 million on its lifetime but definitely not a multi million seller like COD 4 and Halo 3 did. Im just glad that COD WAW wasnt really a total flop as everyone thinks, but still have far far lower sales than HD console versions.
Which means Activision are profiting from this to warrant a sequel which is more important...
We're discussing the disappointment the game in spite of then hype here, not the game itself, if not I will just say worth the wait but I included the HYPE
and with that, I conclude this I just want to explain about the sales. Just to let you know, do you want the sales of The Conduit to be in De Blob level? Even with the hype it receives? Im talking to you stof, DO YOU? Because you put the Nerf N-Strike and QoS into this SERIOUSLY, DO YOU?

So the point of this thread is sales based now... Yushire you keep jumping around all over the place. Could you maybe start fresh with a clear opinion? Because it's really hard to track down what on earth your trying to say.
I refered to those games you mention because you yourself started a thread about how you think those games will sell a lot, and then in this thread said that those games are bombing. Were it not for your two threads I wouldn't have said anything about them, as I have no idea what they have to do with the Conduit.
We're discussing the disappointment the game in spite of then hype here, not the game itself, if not I will just say worth the wait but I included the HYPE
Again, this is the problem. You keep talking about the Hype, Hype being the latin word for "whatever Yushire wants it to be" I keep saying the Conduit is a new IP Wii exclusive great looking game with lots of effort put in to it in a genre that is bettered by Wii controls but largely ignored on the Wii. Thats lots of reason for people to be hyping this game. But your statements would suggest that wanting to play this game equates to thinking it's the videogame Messiah.
I think that The Conduit will break a million life time. Don't know how much more though. Again, I mentioned the Ner and Bond games only because of your other thread (actually, you mentioned Quantom of solace first, in some bizarre point that people shouldn't wait for the Conduit because there were other FPS's released)
So take bdbdbd's suggestion. Why shouldn't people want to wait for this game (you also make a big point of the fact that we need to wait a few months for it to come out, as if you don't normally have to wait for months or years for video games to come out)
Look Yushire. I'm not trying to have an argument, or even a debate, just a discussion. There are no winners or losers. you don't have to feel the need that conceding anything or changing your opinion is a failure. Your original statment just doesn't seem to make much sense. And the more it's picked apart, the more you try to change the original framework to bolster your claim. You asked a question, we gave an answer.
I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.
Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.
Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!
Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.
