"The story takes place in Tokyo, around the Shibuya district : a detective, a young man, a researcher, a freelance writer and a cat are reunited to investigate on strange phenomenons having global effects."

Works like any visual-novel (so 'Phoenix Wright' like).

Made by some 'Type-Moon' staff members (Shingetsutan Tsukihime, Fate/Stay Night).

An anime is scheduled to be release, following the game.

Doesn't sound like something viable outside the Japanese market.
