 How is that a bit too steep? Wii will have 50M by the time it releases (at the very least), probably 60M. This means that we are looking at 2.5M-3M as a max and 500-600K as the minimum.

And you think it will break 1M, which is far less possitive than he is!

No way. There is no chance that I'll buy this. It looks really dull and boring to me, but I'm sure I am going to get flamed for saying that, and have to say something ala I was wrong just to stop it off.

Holy fappo, I thought I was the only person to remember this film besides Paul Bartel himself. The OTT feel is exactly why I loved NMH, and also why I will be picking up MadWorld.

Deathrace 2000 is my all time favourite B-movie (non zombie). It's got it all. Great kills, Naked women, Nazi feminists, Sylvester Stallone punching a girl in the face. A "Hand Grenade" and the "French Air Force". It's amazing just how well it stands the test of time. Even my girlfriend loved it. I can't believe how much the remake chickened out though. Closed course racing!? What pansies...

Regardless of quality I would say at least 75% of Wii owners won't get it simply because it is a core title and I doubt core gamers make more than 25% (if that) of the wii's userbase. I intend to get it though. Hopefully it will at least be profitable for SEGA (I believe they are the publisher yes?) so core games will continue to appear on the platform. Its the excessive comic violence that drew me to the game. When is the release date?

Do you guys not realise how much 25% is? Only 5 games have made that this gen.

Wii Sports, Play, Fit, MKWii and Halo 3. Halo 3 is now falling out of it, and I think that the only 4 games with even a change is those 4 games (Sports is certain, Play too. Wii Fit incredibly possible, and MKWii has a decent chance.

No probably not.

If the game is decent I hope it sells well, but there are a number of games I've still to finish (and more I want to buy next year). As much as I'd like to purchase a game just to support the creator’s bravery (i.e. super violent game on Wii not geared towards families)... I’m not in a position to waste money.

Well I am not starving for “mature” games but I like the stile of Mad World and I’d like to try it out. It looks cool!

The story seems really promising to me.  It sounds like a modern day Smash TV story.

I will buy it and i hope it sells well, then again i was hoping that NMH would sell well. sigh.....not enough people bought that game
