if you actually take the poll for what it is, it actually doesnt have an option for never getting a ps3 ever.

The bottom 2 options;-
'No, it's too expensive for me' meaning if there was a price cut agreable to whoever voted that option they would purchase one.

'No, I don't want one right now' meaning if more good games come out and people would have reason to buy one in the future.

pretty pessimistic if u think the ps3 is doomed, when there are new games coming out for it and big hitters too, GT5, FFXIII Versus, GoW3, Killzone 2. The price? well its not gonna stay the same price forever.

I seem to remember some polls on VGChartz:

-One that said people gamed on PS3 more than any other console
-One that said LBP would have higher LTD sales than Gears of War.

Polls are not reliable sources of data. I bet if somebody made a poll saying "Do you have a brain" or "Have you breathed in the last week", SOMEBODY would vote no. In fact, 3% of people would probably vote no.

This thread is kind of absurd. Pointing to a gamefaqs poll of evidence of anything is not reasonable.

If the polls on this very website has taught us one thing, it should be; don't trust internet polls, they're bullshit... (Go and see past results for yourselves and laugh heartily) Sony are in deep trouble lately but certainly not doomed.
