I agree. However, the game at least won't be a financial flop for Activision -they are sure to make a profit from this game. But considering the Wii's installed base and COD's popularity, it should at least outsell COD3 (700k)

For PS360 and PC IT IS... For the Wii if not for Treyarch Wii wouldnt see another call of duty and COD 4 engine. Why COD WAW Wii stripped out all of its features on the Wii version anyway?

Im actually picking up 2 wii copies - one for me and one for my dad, as I had gotten my parents a Wii back in Sept. My dad being a die hard WW2 fan, owns like ALL the movies, I think this would be a good intro for him into gaming. =)

stripped of all the features, not hyped before the release, only knew because of E3, not advertised well till now, lack of supply in retailers, etc... yep recipe for disaster but it still sell.

So... sorry for asking BUT... is the wii version still supply constraint in your retailer or not?

To be honest, I haven't looked recently. My gaming gift shopping has been limited to Fable 2 for my nephew, and I move like a ninja through shops, because I don't like being in Christmas crowds. Didn't stop to check out the Wii software availability.

But you did bought the 2 Wii versions right? So its available or... you just planning to buy it?
