Last I checked, MGS4 bombed relatively to MGS2/3.

Of the 1M + sellers.

GT5:P sold much more than both previous GT spinoffs.

Call of Duty 4

Rachet and Clank outsold 1 previous iteration.

MGS 4 should outsell MGS 3

And 1M + sellers on Ps3 that have previous iterations on PS consoles, but have not outsold any of them.

Guitar Hero 3

Devil May Cry

Pro Evo

Fifa

GTA IV

So about half of the big titles have outsold at least 1 of their previous iterations.

It's really quite simple, even if it was released on the userbase the PS3 has now, it would still probably manage over 7 or even 8 million lifetime.

Why do people underestimate the selling power of Gran Turismo? It's positively HUEGGGG!

KillZone 2

Everyone keeps telling me how superb and awesome that game is.

And I just played the demo for 5 minutes over at a friends house (I dont own a PS3 myself) and that was enuff to be convinced Killzon 2 will be simply the best game ever.
